THE CONSTRUCTIVE CHALLENGE PROCESS IS BUILT AROUND 5 ESSENTIAL STEPS:
1. Consume. To establish a consistent language and approach, learners first need to absorb the knowledge and principles of Constructive Challenge. This is achieved through our highly scalable platform, which hosts all the necessary learning videos.
2. Workshop. The workshop is tailored to the audience and can be conducted in different formats, ranging from a 1-hour session to a 3.5-hour session, or a full day, depending on the needs of the participants. It’s designed for everyone—from senior leadership to employees at all levels—and is highly interactive, with a strong focus on practicing the skills and mindset. The workshop is available in 12 different languages.
3. Perfect. This stage is about sustaining the behavior change through leaders coaching their people and reinforcing the skillset and mindset. It also contains a variety of additional content shared with the learner and so-called monthly “Constructive Challenge Booster Sessions” – 1-hour virtual big group reinforcers.
4. Track. Post-implementation, we conduct an impact-tracking survey, collect success stories, and provide senior leadership with an ROI report to measure the program’s effectiveness.
5. Certification. Each learner receives accreditation through the LPI, and SusInCo LLC –Constructive Challenge for ESG.
